The Art District in Bacolod City, Philippines established in 2009 by businessman Victor Benjamin Lopue III, spans approximately 10,000 square meters. This vibrant art hub includes the artist residency house known as Naranja and serves as a multi-disciplinary space for local contemporary artists.

At the center of the Art District lies the Orange Project, an artist run initiative co-founded by artist Charlie Co. This contemporary art venue showcases the works of both local and international artists.
