The Japan Foundation, Manila (JFM) with Osaka-based art hub TRA-Travel and Orange Project co-organized a back-to-back Osaka and Bacolod Artist Residency Program to promote art and cultural exchanges with the Philippines and Japan in Osaka and Bacolod’s art scene, JFM and TRA-TRAVEL will provide support for airfare, accommodation, production expenses, etc. for artists who will live in the Philippines and also in Japan selected through this public application.
