Jan Llegue, born in 1992 in Silay City, Negros Occidental, is a visual artist and graphic designer. Hailing from a working-class background, Jan offers a unique perspective on the dignified struggles of everyday life. Transitioning from graphic design and advertising, Jan pivoted to painting during pandemic, focusing on themes of the Philippine culture, society, labor and religion.
Since 2020, he has actively participated in numerous group exhibition, showcasing his evolving style and steadfast dedication to storytelling through art.
