Panahon Panahon

In Filipino, panahon refers to both weather and time, while panahon panahon denotes the seasons and cycles of life, as well as moments that arrive without warning. The exhibition moves through times of shaking and times of stillness. It moves through crisis, recovery, and adaptation, showing how life is shaped by forces beyond our control. Across images, forms, and collaborations, Frelan Gonzaga’s works reflect the fragile and shifting ways we witness, endure, exist, and continue. Panahon Panahon asks a simple question. When what we know is disrupted, how do we respond and find our way through it?
